A decision is at hand in the business-lunch-at-Hooters case, the cynical and misreported lawsuit for retaliation filed in Texas in 2017 by a hard-up and litigious “stay-at-home mom” from Minnesota who amazingly “scored” a sinecure that paid her $15,000.00 a month to work from home, only to lose it two months later because she would not show her work to her so-called employer.
